Classes are held weekly and last for an hour and a half. A unique blend of antenatal information and yoga. Make contact with the earth, get in touch with your breathing, and connect with your baby.
Consists of relaxation, gentle yoga, information about birth physiology, birthing positions and coping strategies for labour. Reduce the strains of pregnancy by increasing your circulation and improving your posture.

Practicing yoga in pregnancy can increase the chances of your baby presenting in the optimum position for birth. In class you will learn about Optimal Foetal positioning and how this can help you.
Over a cup of tea we will: We will discuss relevant topics to the group, including pain relief, and medical interventions, and yes, I teach about C sections!
We sometimes have returning mothers with their babies to tell their story. Sometimes we have visits from other birth professionals such as breastfeeding consultants.

These classes are very positive, and whilst explaining and encouraging the natural we like to prepare you for all eventualities of birth. The emphasis is on you and your baby, and emerging the other side of birth healthy and feeling at peace with your birthing experience.
You can join classes anytime on from week 13 of pregnancy and it is recommended that you attend weekly in order to build up your knowledge and practice.
