One-to-one time massaging your baby is a lovely way to stengthen your bond as you tune into non-verbal cues and calmly respond to one another.
These are lovely relaxed classes, all oils are supplied as well as tea and biscuits!
Baby Yoga shares similar benefits to baby maassage but also includes gentle breathing and yoga for mums.
This six week course can:

Prices: £45 for a 6 week course
Baby Massage is a six week course and Baby Yoga is a 5 week course.
Courses start on a regular basis throughout the year.
Courses can be run privately for antenatal groups or groups of friends to suit.
